Community Development Officer - Community Outreach Service
This project provides community-based activities that aim to improve confidence, self-esteem and wellbeing, whilst focusing on the prevention and early intervention agenda. Project activities include physical activity sessions, creative activities, mindfulness sessions, digital technology support, excursions and direct access to independent information and advice.
